Most pendants, necklaces and earrings are in stock and available for immediate delivery. Your order should arrive in 5-7 working days from purchase date. Some might take longer if ordered in certain gold colors or contents such as 10K rose gold. Other options not shown on the website may be available, but would then be considered a special order and could take up to 8-10 weeks to come in and would need to be ordered through one of our 12 store locations.

Most rings are available in white gold in sizes 6-8 for quick delivery, and will arrive within 7-10 working days of order. Other metals such as platinum, yellow or rose gold may be available to order but will take longer to deliver. Generally, the item pictured on the website will be available as is, but any changes would require it to be special ordered through one of our store locations. Other sizes outside of the standard of 6-8, will need to be special ordered and could take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery. For some styles and sizes, special accommodations will need to be made, and again require a visit to one of our 12 locations, for a greater hands on experience. If an engagement ring is selected as is, then simply place the order in your finger size and the delivery times will vary as was mentioned previously. If you are wanting to make alterations to the shape and size of the center stone, then that modification will need to be done in consultation with one of our store locations nearest you.
